  • 1 large pan cornbread
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 large hen (I use large fryer), deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in oleo until soft, but not browned. Mix with cornbread, salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper and sage.

    Add eggs.

    Warm soup with chicken broth and add.
  4. 4
    Cut up chicken and add to mixture.

    Bake until done at 350°.
