  • 1 boiled fryer, deboned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pone (hot water) cornbread
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • chicken broth

Directions

    Debone chicken, place in large baking dish.

    Add cornbread, eggs, onion, celery and seasonings.

    Pour chicken broth over mixture and mix well.

    Place boiled, sliced eggs on top.

    Bake at 375° until golden brown or until firm.
