  • 2 large fryers, cut up and skin removed
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (7 oz.) box Cheddar cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Spread chicken pieces with sour cream, then roll them in cracker crumbs.

    Melt butter in large Pyrex dish or jelly roll pan.

    Lay chicken pieces 1 at a time in melted butter and immediately turn buttered side up.

    Bake 1 hour; needs no turning.
