- 2 large fryers, cut up and skin removed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 (7 oz.) box Cheddar cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spread chicken pieces with sour cream, then roll them in cracker crumbs.

3Melt butter in large Pyrex dish or jelly roll pan.

4Lay chicken pieces 1 at a time in melted butter and immediately turn buttered side up.

5Bake 1 hour; needs no turning.
