Chicken Eden Isle

Directions

   Cover bottom of 9 x 1-inch Pyrex dish with dried beef.

   Wrap chicken with bacon strips.

   Place chicken on top of beef.

   Pepper (do not salt).

   Combine soup, cream cheese and sour cream.

   Mix and pour over chicken.

   Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours. Uncover and bake until sauce browns.

   Serve over rice.
