- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 1/2 or 3 c. cooked, shredded chicken (3 or 4 pieces, breast)
- 10 to 12 tortillas (flour)
- 1/2 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- Swiss cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic.

2Add tomatoes, chicken and bouillon, simmer 15 minutes.

3Add Cheddar cheese.

4Spoon into tortillas, roll up and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
