  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • chopped onions and green pepper
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas, torn up
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine 2 cans of soup and Ro-Tel together.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place 1 tablespoon soup mixture.

    Alternate layers: tortillas, chicken, onions, pepper and soup.

    End with cheese. Bake at 350°, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.

    Remove foil; continue baking 15 minutes longer.
