Chicken Enchiladas

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
- 1 can whole green chilies, cut up
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- garlic and salt to taste
- 8 thick corn tortillas
- grated cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and onion; bone, skin and set aside.

2Mix together and bring to a boil the soup, Ro-Tel, chilies, broth, salt and garlic.

3Fry tortillas and tear in half.

4Layer half of tortillas, half of sauce, half of grated cheese and all of chicken, cut in medium size pieces.

5Then layer other half of tortillas, half of sauce and half of cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes in a 2-quart dish.
