- 2 oz. jar chili pwd.

1Boil 1 large fryer chicken, have water deep enough to float the chicken.

2Boil until meat falls off bones.

3Bone the chicken. In large pot melt lard to 1/8 inch deep. Mix flour and chili powder, add this to chicken broth.

4Warm flour tortillas and draw through sauce.

5Place in a baking dish.
