- 2 whole chickens, cooked and pieced
- 2 pkg. flour tortillas
- oil
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 small cans chopped green chilies
- 1 large can red enchilada sauce
Directions

1Fry tortillas in oil, just enough to soften. Dip in enchilada sauce and put 1 layer in oblong pan.

2Add 1 layer of chicken, 1 layer of soups (blended together) and 1 layer of cheeses. Continue layers until all ingredients are used.

3Reserve some shredded cheese for top.
