- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 tortillas (corn)
Directions

1Fry eight tortillas in frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until soft.

2Roll chicken, cheese and onions into tortillas.

3Mix sour cream, soup and a little milk.

4Pour a little mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Put in the enchiladas and pour the rest of the mixture on top.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
