  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. shredded Longhorn, Colby cheese
  • 4 oz. can chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Longhorn cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except the extra cup of Longhorn cheese).

    Spoon some in a tortilla shell.

    Continue until out of ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Top with 1 cup cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
