- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
- 1 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
- 12 medium floured tortillas
- cups of diced chicken (you can use as much chicken as you want)
Directions

1Heat soup.

2Add sour cream and 1 can green chiles.

3Add chicken.

4On the opened tortillas, place some grated cheese in the middle.

5Add 2 spoonfuls of the chicken mixture and roll up.

6Keep some chicken mixture and cheese for spreading on top of the enchiladas.

7Place enchiladas in dish and spread balance of chicken mixture on top along with rest of cheese and chiles.

8Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
