- 3 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and chopped (Save some broth from cooking chicken)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream (approximate)
- 1 c. Rotel tomatoes
- 2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix together soup, sour cream and tomatoes.

2Pour chicken broth into large pan or skillet.

3Dip tortillas in chicken broth to moisten.

4Place chicken mixture on tortilla and roll up tortilla.

5Place in casserole dish.

6When finished rolling tortillas, drizzle remaining sauce over all tortillas.

7Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.

8Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
