  • 2 c. chopped steak, chicken or turkey, cooked
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. red pepper
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta pasteurized cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Stir chicken, green and red peppers, onions, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in saucepan on low heat until cheese is melted. Spoon 1/3 cup steak, chicken or turkey

    mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch pan. Stir cheese and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
