- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Combine with soup, broth and green chilies.

3Add pieces of boned chicken and beat well.

4In a a large baking dish, place a layer of chicken sauce, then a layer of cheese and tortillas.

5Repeat until casserole is filled.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 8.
