  • 8 (6-inch) tortillas
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 or 2 cans jalapeno chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped or 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
  • chopped tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Jack cheese
  • 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
  • sliced pitted ripe olives (optional)
  • sliced green onions (optional)

Directions
