  • 1 doz. flour tortillas (soft)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 to 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • your favorite salsa or taco sauce

    Saute onions in butter or oil.

    Add chilies and chicken.

    Stir until heated.

    Add soup and sour cream.

    Cook until heated.

    Fill tortillas with a spoonful of mixture.

    Roll and place seam side down in an oblong pan.

    Cover all the tortillas with leftover sauce; sprinkle with salsa and grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
