- 1 3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mild picante sauce
- 2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 1/4 c. diced green onion
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 8 flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Combine 1 cup Monterey Jack, 1 cup Cheddar, cream cheese, 1/4 cup picante sauce, chicken, red pepper, green onions and cumin. Spoon equally in center of each tortilla.

2Roll and place, seam side down, in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spoon remaining picante sauce over tortillas.

4Cover with remaining cheese.
