- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- chopped jalapeno
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Soften tortillas in hot oil in skillet.

2Mix cheese, onion and chicken in bowl.

3Spoon onto tortillas; roll to enclose filling. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Blend chicken broth, flour and salt in saucepan.

5Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

6Add jalapeno peppers.

7Blend in sour cream.

8Pour over tortillas.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 1 dozen.
