- 1 whole chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 can mild green chilies
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- large flour tortillas
- 16 oz. block mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Boil in salt water the chicken; cool and debone.

2Set aside. Heat all chicken soup, milk, green chilies, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Set aside.

4Layer in 2-quart casserole dish, lightly greased, large flour tortillas, chicken soup mixture and grated cheese.

5Layer until all ingredients are used up.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 250° for 1 hour until cheese is melted and food is heated through.
