Ingredients

  • 4 cup chicken
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz chopped green chilis

Directions

    Cook onions & margarine until tender.

    Stir in flour.

    Add water & bouillon.

    Cook & stir until thickened.

    Remove from heat & add sour cream.

    Combine 2 c. of above sauce with all the chicken, 1 c. of cheese, & all the chilis.

    Place mixture in tortillas & roll up.

    Arrange in 9x13 pan.

    Top with remaining sauce & sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
