Ingredients
- 4 cup chicken
- 1 cup onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz chopped green chilis
Directions

1Cook onions & margarine until tender.

2Stir in flour.

3Add water & bouillon.

4Cook & stir until thickened.

5Remove from heat & add sour cream.

6Combine 2 c. of above sauce with all the chicken, 1 c. of cheese, & all the chilis.

7Place mixture in tortillas & roll up.

8Arrange in 9x13 pan.

9Top with remaining sauce & sprinkle with remaining cheese.

10Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
