- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) canchopped green chilies, drained
- 13 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
Directions

1Stir together first 5 ingredients.

2Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla, and roll up.

3Arrange, seam side down in a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.

4Coat tortillas with cooking spray.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

6Stir together 8-ounce container soure cream and salsa.

7Spoon over hot enchiladas.
