- 1 whole chicken, boiled
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Jack cheese
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 small cans sliced black olives
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Boil chicken with cumin, then debone and blend chicken soup, sour cream, olives and chilies in a large bowl.

2Divide into 2 bowls.

3Add chicken and 1/2 of two cheeses into large bowl. Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture onto shells and roll.

4Lay into baking pan; spread other 1/2 of mix on top.

5Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
