- 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb turkey
- 1 cup thick & chunky salsa
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 34 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Cook chicken in nonstick skillet for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.

3Stir frequently to break into pieces.

4Remove from heat and stir in salsa and olives.

5Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

6Separate dough into triangles.

7Place triangles into pie plate with short ends at outside edge of plate.

8Press perforations together to seal.

9Spoon chicken mixture on top of dough.

10Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture.

11Bake 18-20 minutes or until crust is brown.

12Cut in pie shape wedges to serve.

13Top each serving with favorite toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, chopped onions or chopped tomatoes.
