  • 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken, cut into finger size strips
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • dash of paprika

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken strips, well.

    Dip chicken strips into mixture and dunk into hot deep fryer grease.
