- 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices bread
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Finely chop bread in food processor.

2Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt.

3Cut chicken into thin slices.

4Dip into vegetable oil, then coat with crumb mixture.

5Place on a greased baking sheet.
