- 1 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- vegetable oil
- 16 corn tortillas
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine chicken, picante, onion and cumin; mix well.

2Heat 1/2-inch oil in small skillet until hot.

3Quickly fry each tortilla in oil to soften, about 2 seconds on each side.

4Drain on paper towels.

5Spoon 1 tablespoon chicken mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese down center of each tortilla.

6Roll tightly; secure with wooden toothpick.

7Place seam side down on baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.

9Remove toothpick.
-
10Serve warm with guacamole and picante sauce.
