- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 4 stalks chopped celery
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing cubes
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Cut chicken in cubes; saute chicken in butter just until it turns white (do not brown it).

2Place chicken in baking dish. Saute onions and celery in butter.

3Add soup and mayo and stir until heated.

4Pour over chicken.

5Mix stuffing with eggs and melted butter.

6Place stuffing on top of chicken.

7Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Additional butter is used to saute onions, celery and chicken.

9Soup is mixed with milk just like normal.
