- 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Directions

1Rinse chicken in cold water.

2Mix flour, pepper, salt, and garlic.

3Dip chicken in flour mixture; then in beaten eggs.

5inch of oil until lightly brown on both sides.

6In a small sauce pan combine chicken broth, lemon juice and cornstarch and cook until slightly thick. Drizzle sauce over chicken breast and serve.
