  • 2 lb. rice
  • 10 oz. chicken pieces or chunks
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. spring onions or scallions
  • 1/4 lb. carrot cubes
  • 1/4 lb. turnips
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. corn oil
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

    Remove and put in a bowl with cold water, then drain the vegetables.
