- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 green onions, diagonally sliced into 1-inch pieces (1 1/2 c.)
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or enoki mushrooms
- 3 c. chilled, cooked rice
- 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
