Ingredients

  • 3 cup Cooked chicken
  • 2 cup long grain rice (or 3 1/2 cups instant)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 envelope Onion soup mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cup water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients into a roasting pan or dutch oven.

    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F

    If you wish you can substitute the chicken for another meat.
