- 1 cup cooked chicken ( shredded or diced)
- 1 cup frozen veggies- carrots, corn, green peas
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 2 cup jasmine rice ( basamati)
- 2 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions

1Soak basamati rice in water for 10 to 15 mins

2Heat oil in a pan.

3Add onions , green chilles till brown .add chicken and fry for few mins

4Add frozen veggies and mix well.

5Add garlic powder and pepper powder .

6Cook for few minutes

7Add soaked rice to the pan.

8Add chicken stock and let it cook till done
