Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken ( shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup frozen veggies- carrots, corn, green peas
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 2 cup jasmine rice ( basamati)
  • 2 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

    Soak basamati rice in water for 10 to 15 mins

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add onions , green chilles till brown .add chicken and fry for few mins

    Add frozen veggies and mix well.

    Add garlic powder and pepper powder .

    Cook for few minutes

    Add soaked rice to the pan.

    Add chicken stock and let it cook till done
