- 6 pieces tenderized round steak
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1/2-inch oil (in large skillet)
Directions

1Beat egg with milk.

2Season flour with salt and pepper.

3Pour oil in skillet and heat to 375°.

4Dredge steak in flour and dip in egg and milk mixture; dredge again in flour.

5Brown meat on both sides.

6Turn heat down and fry again for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and place on platter.

7Cover with paper towel to keep warm.
