Directions

1Take cutlets and salt lightly on both sides.

2Blend egg and milk into bowl.

3Put flour on foil so that you can dip meat into flour.

4Take cutlets and dip in flour, then in egg mixture, then back into the flour.

5Put in frying pan and cook until meat is golden brown.
