- 1 or 2 eggs (beaten slightly)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. fat
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add eggs to milk; mix well.

2Cut steak into serving pieces, dip steak into egg mixture, dip into crumbs, brown steak on both sides in hot fat.

3Season with pepper and salt.

4Cover, steam over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
