- 1 round steak, tenderized
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can beef broth
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces. Mix enough flour, salt and pepper to coat meat.

2Mix eggs and milk.

3Dredge meat through flour; dip into egg and milk, then back into flour.

4Brown in skillet with oil.

5In 9 x 13-inch pan, break onion slices into rings and spread out in pan.

6Cover with browned steak pieces and pour beef broth over all.

7Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
