- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
- seasoned salt
- black pepper
- 1 jar Roy's Best of the Bayou picante sauce
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts and debone; cut into small pieces.

2Saute chopped onions in Wesson oil.

3Add chicken and heat until piping hot.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Thaw tortillas.

6Fill with chicken and onions and roll up.

7Stick with a toothpick to hold together.

8Fry in hot grease.

9Serve with Roy's Best of the Bayou picante sauce.
