Chicken Gizzard Curry

- 2 Tbsp. or less oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 tsp. curry
- 1 lb. gizzards
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Place oil in skillet.

2Add sliced onion and saute.

3Add curry and quartered gizzards.

4Cook until onion is done.

5Add both tomato sauce and tomato paste and 1 large can of water.

6Add salt and pepper.
-
7Cook slowly for 30 minutes.

8Add water, if needed.
-
9Add more curry to taste.
-
10Serve over rice.
