- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. hot salsa
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 3/4 lb. chicken breast, diced
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Put olive oil in frying pan.

2Saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add balance of ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for a couple of hours.

3Add pineapple chunks 5 minutes before serving over rice or pasta.
