Chicken-Green Bean Bake

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
  • 2 (9 oz. size) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chop suey vegetables, drained
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Directions

    Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper.

    Stir in chicken, green beans, vegetables, chopped onion and cheese.

    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle with French fried onions and bake 10 minutes or longer, until onions are brown.
