- 1/2 cup Minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 Boneless Chicken breasts or thighs
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlus, salt and pepper

2Mix together butter, mustard and Worcestershire.

3Dip chicken into butter mixture and then bread crumbs, coating all sides

4Place chicken into foil lined shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold the pieces comfortably in one layer.

5Sprinkle with ant remaining butter.

6Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour
