  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 Boneless Chicken breasts or thighs

Directions

    Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlus, salt and pepper

    Mix together butter, mustard and Worcestershire.

    Dip chicken into butter mixture and then bread crumbs, coating all sides

    Place chicken into foil lined shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold the pieces comfortably in one layer.

    Sprinkle with ant remaining butter.

    Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour
