  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 small pkg. spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook chicken with a cube of bouillon.

    Let come to a boil. Let stand for 15 minutes.

    Prepare spinach; drain and spread on the bottom of an 8 x 11-inch dish.

    Place chicken evenly.

    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese and cream of chicken soup.

    Spread over chicken evenly. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
