- 8 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 small pkg. spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook chicken with a cube of bouillon.

2Let come to a boil. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3Prepare spinach; drain and spread on the bottom of an 8 x 11-inch dish.

4Place chicken evenly.

5Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese and cream of chicken soup.

6Spread over chicken evenly. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
