  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Soak cut up chicken in sauce made with ingredients.

    Soak about 3 hours or overnight, turning chicken a few times.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper or paprika.

    Bake in sauce at 350° for 1 hour.
