  • 2 to 2 1/4 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. picante sauce
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 c. corn chips

    Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and picante sauce, mixing well.

    Spoon 1/2 mixture into lightly greased 1.5-quart casserole. Top with 1 cup cheese and 1 corn chips.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.

    Serve with additional picante sauce on the chips.
