- 16 pieces Whole Chicken
- 4 slice Medium Onion
- 2 pieces Small Cardamom
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste / powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste / powder
- 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1/5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/5 cup Oil
- 2 cup water
Directions

1First add oil in the pan with sliced onion, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and stir til the onion changes color

2Then add chicken, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir until chicken turns white

3After that add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt mix well, add water and cover the lid and leave for 20 min on medium heat on stove

4At last after 20 min lift the lid, turn the heat high and stir continuously wait until the water dries and chicken jhat pat is ready.
