  • 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 5 large fresh s
  • 1/2 medium red onion, cut into large chunks
  • 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1/3 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 , Favorite Flavor
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) , favorite flavor

Directions

    Place chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions into shallow container.

    Coat with Italian dressing; cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.

    before serving, heat grill.

    Skewer chicken and vegetables; arrange kabobs on grill and cook about 10 min., turning 2 to 3 times.
