- 3 boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Puritan oil
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice Swiss cheese per breast
Directions

1Pound chicken between pieces of waxed paper real thin.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Take margarine, parsley and garlic and spread thin into a dish and freeze.

4When frozen, remove and cut into 6 cubes.

5Place 1 cube in each breast half with 1 slice Swiss cheese.

6Fold 2 short sides, then roll up and secure with a toothpick.

7Beat eggs with water and oil.
-
8Roll chicken cylinder into beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.

9Chill thoroughly. (Can be prepared the night before.)

10Fry in deep fat.
