- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 to 4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese (any tastes good)
Directions

1Mix together the chicken, soup, milk, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg and cottage cheese.

2Layer noodles, chicken mixture and cheese (ending with cheese as last layer).

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
