Chicken Lasagna

  • 8 to 10 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar Ragu garden-style sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano and basil
  • 1/3 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 10 oz. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet.

    Saute onions until transparent. Add mushrooms, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

    Cook for a few minutes.

    Add Ragu sauce to mixture.

    Simmer while making cream sauce.
